Contemplating purpose, identity and life after being a nurse turned stay at home mum, I was drawn towards clay and found my artist voice soothed my busy mind.
I now focus my awareness on process over purpose, and let myself be soul led.
My artist practice includes both wheel thrown and hand built ceramics and acrylic painting. These collections often intertwine and I find having the two mediums gives me the freedom to work more intuitively and the pieces feel more spacious and somehow lighter as a result.
